Refund Policy

Coco offers a full-featured 7-day free trial with no payment required. We encourage you to try the trial before purchasing to make sure Coco works well on your Mac and fits your workflow.

If you purchase a Lifetime license and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Send an email to support@butterflydream.ai with your order details. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Your license will be deactivated upon refund.

Refund requests after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund if you encounter a significant issue that we are unable to resolve.
