Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name to manage your license.

Device data: a device identifier is generated locally and sent to our server to activate your license. We do not collect hardware serial numbers.

Usage data: we do not track your searches, clipboard history, calculations, or any content you enter into Coco. All of that stays on your Mac.

Currency rates: Coco fetches live exchange rates from public APIs. These requests contain no personal information.

We do not collect, store, or transmit your clipboard contents, search queries, keystrokes, file contents, or any other personal data entered into the Coco search bar. All processing happens locally on your device.

Account data is used solely to manage licenses and activation. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Coco uses Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in, Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed by Google. Third-party plugins may have their own data practices — review them before installing.

Account and license data is stored on servers managed by us. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Clipboard history, search history, and all local data are stored only on your Mac and are never sent to our servers.

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your email, license records, and device registrations from our servers.

The website uses cookies for authentication, locale preferences, and Google Analytics 4 website usage measurement; we do not use advertising cookies.

Coco is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
